When and With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?

In Short: We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with the following categories of third parties.

Vendors, Consultants, and Other Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents (“third parties“) who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. The service providers that receive personal information through our website are:

  • Vercel Inc. (United States; worldwide edge network) hosts our website and runs its server functions. It receives request data (IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time) each time your browser loads a page, and the contents of a contact form when you press Submit.

  • JSC Timeweb (Russia) runs the mail server our website uses to send contact-form submissions to us by email, and hosts our firm mailbox at the trayberlawgroup.com domain, which receives a copy of each submission. It receives your name, email address, phone number, message, preferred meeting date and type, and the service and client group you select, when you press Submit; our server sends it, your browser does not contact it.

  • Google LLC (Gmail; United States) hosts the inboxes where we receive contact-form submissions and the emails you send to trayberlaw1@gmail.com.

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC; United States) measures visits: pages viewed, events, device and browser data, IP address, approximate location and cookie identifiers. It loads only after you allow Analytics, and not while your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.

  • Yandex Metrica (YANDEX LLC; Russia) measures visits: pages viewed, the referring page, time on page, link and download clicks, device, browser and screen data, IP address, approximate location and cookie identifiers. It loads only after you allow Analytics, and not while your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Our Metrica code has session recording (Webvisor) and click maps turned off. Yandex may also use this data for its own purposes under its own terms.

We also may need to share your personal information in the following situations:

  • Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept all, reject all, or choose by category: Strictly necessary, Functional, Analytics and Marketing. Only Strictly necessary is on by default. Nothing on our website uses the Functional or Marketing categories, and we do not use advertising or social media cookies, pixels or tags. If you allow Analytics, Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica measure visits; until then neither tool loads, and Google Consent Mode keeps Google analytics storage denied. Whatever you choose, our host (Vercel) receives your IP address and browser details when your browser loads a page; the fonts and other files our pages use are served from our own domain. Your choice is stored in the trayber_privacy_consent cookie for 365 days (12 months): the categories you chose, when you chose, the banner version and a random ID for that choice. We ask again when it expires or when a category or purpose needs a new choice. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. If you switch Analytics off, our consent tool tries to delete the Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica cookies on our domain and the Yandex Metrica entries in local storage and, if either tool has loaded on the page, reloads it; cookies that Google and Yandex set on their own domains remain until they expire or you delete them in your browser. The cookies and browser storage our website uses are:

  • trayber_privacy_consent: set by our consent tool; stores your cookie choices; 365 days; strictly necessary.

  • _ga: Google Analytics; distinguishes browsers; 2 years; only after you allow Analytics.

  • _ga_L922MR3667: Google Analytics; keeps session state; 2 years; only after you allow Analytics.

  • _ym_uid and _ym_d: Yandex Metrica; recognize the browser across visits and store the date of the first visit; 1 year; only after you allow Analytics.

  • _ym_isad: Yandex Metrica; detects ad blockers; 2 days; only after you allow Analytics.

  • Other short-lived technical cookies beginning with _ym (for example, _ym_metrika_enabled and _ym_hostIndex): Yandex Metrica; check that the counter works and choose a Yandex server; up to 1 day; only after you allow Analytics.

  • Yandex Metrica may also keep its identifiers in your browser's local storage (keys beginning with _ym). Google and Yandex may set cookies on their own domains (for example, yandexuid) under their own policies.

How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 90 days. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

Do We Collect Information From Minors?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records

What Are Your Privacy Rights?

In Short: Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

If you are located in the EEA or UK and you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority. You can find their contact details here: https://ec.europa.eu/justice/data-protection/bodies/authorities/index_en.htm. If you are located in Switzerland, the contact details for the data protection authorities are available here: https://www.edoeb.admin.ch/edoeb/en/home.html.

Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal, nor when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent. Cookies and similar technologies: Most Web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. If you choose to remove cookies or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services of our Services.

Controls For Do-Not-Track Features

We do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising. While the signal is on, our consent tool switches Analytics and Marketing off on each page you open, including any consent you gave earlier, and Cookie settings shows that the signal is being honored. Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica do not load while the signal is on, even if you switch Analytics on in Cookie settings. The signal applies to the browser that sends it.
